I recommend 5-10 people. With 10 members you’ll feel a much greater momentum and accountability than with just a buddy or two.
It could just be you and your buddy or as many as you could find. Have as many members as you like!
Read the book to help you decide how many meetings you should have. Ideally, you meet 10 times - once per habit. If that seems too hard - meet 5 times, 2 weeks apart. This way you’ll get the benefit of going through the habits in a group. But don’t try to squeeze it into a time frame, work your time frame around the book.

At your local yoga studio. At your tea house or library. In your office conference room. On google hangouts... or skype... or in a private Facebook group. What works for you and your peeps?
Where do we meet?
Book club hosts from all over the world post gather on the Body Thrive event page. If you can’t find one in your area join one that is connecting via skype or google hangouts. Honestly, it may be easier to start your own than join another!
